Greetings and Salutations to all the respected members of the All India
Federation of Tax Practitioners (AIFTP), Indore Branch of CIRC of ICAI, and Tax
Practitioners Association (TPA), I am humbled and honoured to have been
invited to share my words in the souvenir with such a distinguished
professionals. The theme of this conference, "Knowledge, Network &
Transform," is truly inspiring, as it highlights the importance of staying
informed, connected, and adaptable in the ever-changing world of taxation.
As professionals, we are at the forefront of shaping and interpreting tax policies,
helping businesses and individuals comply with tax laws, and contributing to the growth and
development of the economy. Our work is critical, and it requires not only technical expertise but
also ethical values, such as integrity, transparency, and accountability.

In today's fast-paced and interconnected world, knowledge is no longer a static asset but a dynamic
process that requires continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning. Therefore, I encourage you
to embrace a lifelong learning mind set, leverage technology to enhance your skills and productivity,
and collaborate with your peers and stakeholders to foster innovation & excellence.

Networking is another essential element of success in our profession, as it enables you to build
relationships, share insights, and gain new perspectives. By joining professional associations,
attending conferences and events, & engaging in social media and other online platforms, you can
expand your network and stay connected with the latest trends & best practices in the industry.
Finally, transformation is not an option but a necessity in the everchanging world. From
automation and artificial intelligence to blockchain and cryptocurrency, new technologies are
transforming the traditional tax landscape and creating new opportunities and challenges. To
stay relevant and competitive, we must be willing to adapt, experiment, and embrace change,
while also upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

In conclusion, I would like to take a moment to congratulate the members at AIFTP, ICAI and TPA,
responsible for organising and hosting this National Tax Conference for their vision and
commitment to promoting knowledge, network, and transformation in the tax profession. I wish
you all a fruitful and enjoyable conference and encourage you to keep striving for excellence and
making a positive impact in the world.
